Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Captain", "Member") and Wasanni Limited ("Wasanni", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated in Abuja, Nigeria, governing your access to and use of wasanni.com.ng and all related services (the "Platform").

By clicking "Create Account", "Confirm Payment", or by accessing any stadium fixture, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Participation on Wasanni is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction. By creating an account, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) active account. The operation of automated scripts, multi-accounting, account syndication, or sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification.

Wasanni utilizes a dual-balance architecture consisting of Utility Diamonds and Naira balances:

• Utility Diamonds: Diamonds are digital units consumed to perform in-game stadium strikes, activate player stamina, enhance tactical attributes, and enter friendly club matches. Diamonds hold no direct conversion value into physical currency.
• Naira Balances: Real Nigerian Naira balances are awarded exclusively to clubs and players for competitive placements in official tournaments organized by Wasanni. Naira balances can be withdrawn directly into verified Nigerian bank accounts via the Nigeria Inter-Bank Settlement System (NIBSS) once the minimum payout threshold of ₦1,000 is met.

Matches hosted on the Wasanni Stadium run on algorithmic mathematical models inspired by the official laws of the game maintained by FIFA and continental fair competition charters governed by CAF.

Player Power ratings, aggregate squad formations, and real-time interactive user strike actions directly impact probability models. Once a fixture concludes and final whistle strikes are calculated, the outcome is recorded immutably in the tournament database.

In emulation of official football guidelines set by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Wasanni enforces strict community standards. Unsporting conduct, defamatory speech, tribal or ethnic slurs, harassment of captains, and deliberate goal throwing result in yellow card warnings, red card suspensions, or permanent banishment.

Club captains bear fiduciary responsibility for their squads. When a club triumphs in an official league fixture, tournament cash prize pools are credited to the captain's account. Captains must distribute team prize allocations honestly to active squad members in accordance with agreed squad shares. Wasanni administrators maintain audit oversight to investigate captain fraud or embezzlement.

All online payments, bank transfers, and debit card checkouts on Wasanni are processed through licensed financial infrastructure compliant with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) standards.

Users make payments directly within our in-app payment modal. Because diamonds are instantly consumed digital game utilities, diamond purchases are non-refundable once credited, except where required by consumer protection mandates enforced by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC).

You expressly agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or headless software to scrape content, trigger stadium strikes, or generate fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, race conditions, or unverified ledger balances. Any user who discovers a bug must report it responsibly to Wasanni Support.
• Post abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or tribally discriminatory content targeting players, clubs, or nationalities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass cryptographic signature checks on the platform's API endpoints.
• Engage in match-fixing, syndicate collusion, or deliberate goal throwing during competitive league fixtures.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WASANNI IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WASANNI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT PLATFORM OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR FULLY IMMUNE FROM INTER-BANK NETWORK LATENCY OR TEMPORARY TELECOMMUNICATIONS OUTAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WASANNI LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN STADIUM MATCHES, VAULT TRANSFERS, OR TOURNAMENT LEAGUES.

These Terms of Service are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be submitted to informal resolution by contacting our administrative desk at support@wasanni.com.ng. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) business days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent state or federal courts situated in Abuja, Nigeria.
